L\u2019azienda vanta uno stabilimento all\u2019avanguardia dotato di ampie capacit\u00e0 produttive per supportare la crescita futura.<\/p>\n<p>Questa collaborazione consentir\u00e0 al Gruppo di generare importanti sinergie ed accelerare la crescita, combinando la solida presenza di Health Line nel mercato americano con il posizionamento di Numantec in Europa. Inoltre, la forte complementarit\u00e0 tra i rispettivi portafogli prodotti posizioner\u00e0 il Gruppo come leader globale nei dispositivi medici infusionali.<\/p>\n<p>Nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019operazione, la famiglia Faulkner reinvestir\u00e0 una parte dei proventi, confermando il proprio impegno e la fiducia nel progetto. Joel Faulkner, CEO e fondatore di Health Line, andr\u00e0 in pensione. Elliot Faulkner sar\u00e0 nominato CEO di Health Line con l\u2019incarico di sviluppare a livello globale il business della <em>Critical Care<\/em>, mentre Aaron Faulkner continuer\u00e0 a ricoprire il ruolo di VP Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. WTW ha agito come consulente assicurativo con Gian Paolo Polto e Gabriele Galimberti. Intexo ha gestito la due diligence regolatoria con Pietro Caiazza. Proj.Eco Engineering si \u00e8 occupata della due diligence HSE, condotta da Federico Bugliaro Goggia, con il supporto del partner locale Antea Group rappresentato da John Ruksenas, Allan Dudding,
