The NOTRE Project
The NOTRE Project is designed to advance regional policies that support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing novel products and services for elderly care.
To foster an international network and facilitate the exchange of best practices among project partners, targeted questionnaires were developed to analyze three key pillars: The first pillar focuses on end users, specifically older adults, with the objective of assessing their needs, challenges, and receptivity to digital solutions that enhance daily living and healthcare management. The second pillar examines the perspective of businesses, aiming to understand the role of companies in the development and provision of digital services and products for elderly care, as well as the opportunities and challenges they face in the process.
The third pillar evaluates the institutional and policy landscape, analyzing the strategies and initiatives implemented by the Emilia-Romagna Region to support the integration of digital solutions in elderly care, through the collection of relevant successful experiences and future proposals.
